One of the most popular trends for Spring and Summer this year (continued from last season) is ruffles on everything. These pictures were taken last week with freshly fallen snow. All the friends and kids in my community loved playing in the snow. But it seems like the groundhog has seen its shadow and now we have six more week of this weather! As much as I love winter time and snow, I and not fond of the slushy ice that has been going around here in New York for past couple days! I hope the coming week has better road conditions and the snow only comes in powder soft form, not as the sheet of icy slush!

'Age of Innocence' book clutch - Kate Spade

I got this skirt made with taffeta silk fabric in India. I love that I could get it made for my height and in the choice of my fabric and color! I found out some great tailors in New York City too that do custom pattern making and sewing and I am looking forward to try them to make custom dresses/skirts etc. FYI, you can find custom tailoring places in any city these days, usually the dry-cleaning places are best resources to find out!
