Some styles withstand the test of time. Oversized, cocoon coats and jackets are among them. Remember the 30s and 40s svelte movie stars in oversized black and neutral coats? And who can forget Audrey Hepburn in her famous orange cocoon coat in 'Charade'! The carefree yet sophisticated vibe of this style is everlasting. I am loving the bold, vibrant colored, oversized coats this year. This H&M coat is right on the money in terms of its stand out color and chic silhouette (although you may need to size down, as I feel it runs a little big even for a oversize style). I am debating if I should keep this or exchange for a size down. I need to hurry up to make a decision as the sizes are selling out quickly. I am wearing a size 6 (my usual H&M size) and I think size 4 would be better for me in terms of shoulders and back fitting. But I love the drape, feel and color.
