Spring/Summer Shoe Trend : Bow Mules And Slides

One of the biggest shoe trend I am seeing for spring/summer are bows on shoes. The bigger the better. Aside from bow flats and sandals, the coolest shoes these days are bow mules. I love the simplicity and femininity of bow slides and mules. They are comfortable, chic and go with almost any outfit! Spring Outfit Idea : Floral Maxi Dresses

One of the easiest and one-and-done outfit ideas is a floral maxi dress. Its timeless, playful, polished and for spring/summer season, its very comfortable (although with a nice fitting motto jacket and pair of ankle boots, you can easily take it to fall). It looks great on all body sizes and shapes. If you have followed my blog or Instagram, you probably already know I am a fan of eShakti dresses. Spring Outfit Idea : Ruched Sleeve Boatneck Gingham Top // Cult Gaia Ark Bag // Pale Blue Loafers

 A quick and fail proof spring/summer outfit idea - pair a gingham shirt (or blouse) and white jeans. The combination instantly cheers me up. Although we are in the middle of snowstorm today here, I got to wear this blue Ruched Sleeve Boatneck Gingham Top in Poplin yesterday with a pair of my old white pants. The outfit says "Spring is here" and I can't wait for the winter and snow to finally bid adieu to us.

My pale blue suede loafers are really comfortable and I can see myself wearing these beauties with many outfits this Spring. They also come in this bright fuchsia color - absolutely head turner!

The trend of dramatic and stylized sleeves continues in 2018. I love the femininity of bell sleeves. Off Shoulder Ruffled Sleeves Piping Blouse // Black& White Striped Culottes // Everlane Loafers

For the longest time, I avoided straight stripes thinking it will make me look weird, but this pair of Zara wide leg cropped pants /culottes caught my eyes few months ago and I got them on an impulse. I was waiting for warm day to wear them and got a chance yesterday. I paired these culottes with a Zara top. The black piping on this off shoulder ruffled sleeve top makes it really pop! I love the way its' sleeves move. The cotton poplin fabric gives it a crisp look too. Both of these pieces are old but I found very similar top (Option 1 //Option 2)  and very similar pair of pants  (Option 1 //Option 2) if you want to try this look.

I can't praise my Everlane Modern Point loafers enough. They are chic, comfortable and go with almost everything.
