Spring Outfit Idea : Floral Maxi Dresses

One of the easiest and one-and-done outfit ideas is a floral maxi dress. Its timeless, playful, polished and for spring/summer season, its very comfortable (although with a nice fitting motto jacket and pair of ankle boots, you can easily take it to fall). It looks great on all body sizes and shapes. If you have followed my blog or Instagram, you probably already know I am a fan of eShakti dresses. I love the fact that they can customize dresses for your length and as a tall girl that really helps me find a dress for my height. I also love ASOS and Nordstrom for maxi dresses. Although you can't see my orange Ollio Ballet Comfort flats underneath the dress, they are one of my favorite pair of flats - very comfortable and such a happy bright color. They are only $25 and come in many pretty colors like pale blue, mustard, purple and seafoam green too!

Have you ever found yourself looking at a piece of clothing and thinking "I wish it came with sleeves", or "I wish it was longer/shorter/had sleeves/had a different neckline"? Most mass produced clothes have generic sizing - but a size 4 fits differently on a 5'3" tall girl than on a girl who may be size 4 but is 5'8" tall. That's where eShakti comes in. Their designs are customizable to your particular size, height and even body measurements. You can chose if you want sleeves, no sleeves, short sleeves and style of neckline, hemline and even move zips from back to side! Most of their dresses come with pockets (cue the ta da! music) and if you are not into pockets, you can request to remove them from your customized dress.
As a tall girl but not tall enough to wear 'Tall" size clothing, I always have trouble finding dresses that fit perfectly in length/sleeve length. That's why when I see 'Midi' dress in my size, I know they may not have true midi hemline for me. I have this problem with most mass-produced maxi dresses (specially on a budget price). But eShakti dresses are made to fit MY HEIGHT, MY SIZE and MY STYLE! I can't stress enough about the freedom and  multitude choices that I find with eShakti. This dress I am wearing was shown as a mid-calf length dress with split neck. I chose to customize it to be a maxi length ( and long enough to be a true maxi for my height) and chose the scoop neckline. I get to wear a one of a kind dress! How awesome is that!

I love the watercolor style floral print, full flared skirt of this dress and the pockets. This is a fully lined dress as most of their dresses are. You too can customize it as you want!

Have you ever tried eShakti? If not, I highly recommend you them for summer dresses. They are machine washable, and their cotton favric is pre-shrunk, so no worries about shrinkage after washing.
