Polka dots make me happy. The simple pattern is one of my all time favorite, right along with stripes.  This J.Crew Collection silk cold-shoulder top in Ratti® polka dot is perfect for Spring/Summer with ruffled arms and sweet straps at the neck. Good news - Its on sale right now! I am wearing size 4 and it fits TTS. (For reference, I am 5'8', 34 C/D, fluctuate between 135-140 pounds and size 4 fits very well.)
 I got this Target polka dot coat 3 years ago and every season I love wearing it. The similar polka dot style is available here and here.
